It did neutralize some brassiness in my silver hair, which was good. Unfortunately, my sensitive scalp felt a bit itchy after use, even though the results on my hair were decent. The packaging is sturdy.

My gray hair has never looked better, so bright and cool-toned. However, you absolutely need gloves as it stains everything it touches. The texture is thick and luxurious, making it easy to apply evenly.
