How to Use (Best at Night)
PM routine (start slow):
Cleanse → (optional) hydrating toner
Retinol 0.3 Serum (pea-size for whole face, avoid eye corners)
Retinol 0.1 Eye Cream (rice-grain per eye, tap gently)
Moisturizer (you can “sandwich” retinol with moisturizer if sensitive)
Frequency:
Week 1–2: 2–3 nights/week
Then increase as tolerated to every other night or nightly
☀️ Important Notes
Daily sunscreen is a must the next morning (SPF 30–50).
Avoid using the same night with AHA/BHA exfoliants or strong actives if you’re sensitive.
